Did you know in the last 8 months the Board of Directors...
✓Reduced the number of Directors down to 5 from 7
✓Proposed to "temporarily" pause the Finance committee (by Treasurer 1.7.26)
✓Raised HOA fees $120 per year ($100 increase the previous year)
✓Loose volunteers - resignations include 2 members of Board, Treasurer, 3 Finance committee members, GAC lead
1.7.26 Board of Directors Mtg update:
✓Treasurer proposed "temporary" pause to the Finance committee
✓Oct. & Nov. 2025 Financial reports NOT fully approved due to outstanding "issues"
✓Asked to articulate the Board's VISION for CB, the response was the Board has a reserve study
✓Meeting ended abruptly by Board President w/homeowners questions unanswered
